Welcome to ESCalate! Our newest addition to the ESC family. ESCalate is the design division of ESC where we help you take your home to the next level. 

Our in-house interior decorator, Heidi, is excellent at transforming a space using your current pieces or suggesting furniture, décor, wall coverings, and whatever you need to level up!

A few questions to ask yourself- 

• Do you like your space, but it's missing something?
• Are you unsure about furniture layout or carpet size?
• Are you looking for a complete decor re-do but don't want to do it alone?

If you're looking for some guidance, we are here to help!

Pricing Guide:

• Site Visit: $100. 
  A one-hour consultation with Heidi to see room(s) that need escalating. This includes discussing your vision, layout, functionality and budget. 

• Initial Design Proposal Per Room: $150
  Heidi will create a mood board with possible selections based on the initial site visit. If you decide to move forward with the design, this fee will go towards purchasing décor or furniture pieces from ESC Limited. Any revisions or additions subject to additional hourly cost of $X amount.
  *Please note that this fee is non-refundable if the customer chooses not to use the design concept or purchase through ESC.
  

• Install: $75 per hour for one person, $125 per hour for two.
  Install day! AKA our favorite day! When the magic comes together, based on the size of the project, we will recommend either one or two staff members to assist. 

• Delivery fee $95 per truckload.
  Depending on the scale of the project, ESC may charge a dumping fee to remove all cardboard boxes.
