Drop off your paper artwork on the last Friday of every month. Please book a time in advance using the calendar below, along with the size and description of your piece(s).
For rush scans or more complex pieces, a surcharge will be agreed upon together. In some cases, artwork photography may be a better fit for your piece — we're happy to discuss and quote this with you. See here for Artwork Reproduction.
Within 4 weeks of your drop-off date, you'll receive a TIFF file (300 DPI), ready for fine art printing and reproduction, or uploading to social media. If you have a specific format in mind, just let our team know at framing@escbermuda.com and we can work together.
Please collect your artwork within a week of receiving your download link.

About Loris Toppan

With over three decades of experience in graphic design, production, and printing, Loris Toppan is a seasoned expert. His journey began in Canada, where he honed his skills in packaging, catering to esteemed clients like Uncle Ben's, Heinz, and Cadbury's, to name a few. Recruited to Bermuda in 1997, he excelled as a senior production manager, pioneering digital printing techniques. In 2007, he launched Colourlab, specializing in high-quality prints and fine art reproductions and earning a reputation as a trusted resource for artists, businesses, galleries, and museums. After successfully running a one-man show for almost two decades, Loris happily joined the ESC community in 2023 as the printing expert in the Frameworks workshop.

Disclaimer

ESC will not hold on to any images or data after the two week link expires. For any issues with accessing the digital files, or if you would prefer a different method, please contact us.
Storage of the images will be the responsibility of the artist, i.e., downloading them onto a server, hardrive, backing them onto an online cloud service, etc.
Any artwork that needs to be removed from the frame may incur extra costs due to our Framers’ time.
Any extra proofing or editing of the image files will incur an additional $175/hour.
Artwork dropped-off to ESC must be collected within a week of receiving the download link for your image.
Artwork, frames or other property left at ESC beyond 30 days from the noted collection period will be sold or auctioned.

ESC Ltd. will not, under any circumstances, reproduce artworks that have not been approved by the rightful artist or owner of the intellectual property.
ESC Ltd. will not reprint or use/sell reproductions of the artworks that we have captured unless otherwise agreed upon by the artist/rightful owner of the intellectual property.

Additional Fees

Rush or complex pieces: A surcharge applies, agreed upon with our team in advance. In some cases, artwork photography may be a better fit — we're happy to discuss and quote this with you.
Unframing: Pieces that need to be removed from their frame incur an additional charge.
Extra editing or proofing: Billed at $175/hour, in 15-minute increments.
Larger pieces: Artwork larger than 11x17 requires multiple scans, priced accordingly (see pricing at booking)
