Rublev Crystal Water Varnish Watercolor Medium is a professional quality gum arabic-based medium and varnish that adds enhances the luster, brilliance, and color saturation of watercolors. It can be applied as a varnish to dried watercolor works or mixed directly with colors before painting. When used as a medium, Crystal Water allows for glazing techniques and building up rich, vivid tones without disturbing underlying layers.
This solvent-free formula contains only natural ingredients and can be thinned with water to adjust gloss levels. Apply in thin layers with a soft brush, allowing each coat to dry fully before reapplying. Brushes clean easily with warm water.
