As of July 28, 2026, please be advised that ESC Limited will begin charging for ceiling fan evaluations by our in-house electrician.
Evaluations will only be considered for ceiling fans purchased at ESC Limited and within 6-months of purchase (a receipt must be provided). Customers requesting a ceiling fan review will be required to pay an $85.00 service fee in full before the electrician is dispatched.
Our electrician will inspect the fan to determine whether it is faulty or if it has been installed incorrectly. For fans that are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, the $85.00 fee will be reimbursed to the customer. The electrician will either fix the fault, or a replacement fan will be provided. Please note, ESC’s electrician does not install replacement fans.
Customers will not be reimbursed if ESC’s electrician deems the fan to be installed incorrectly and will not be responsible for reinstalling it. Fan evaluations will take place on Monday’s between 9am - 3pm.
